The main engine system adopts three-motor linkage control, which has high speed, stable tension and beautiful appearance.

Equipped with tension detector device, programmable PLC automatic constant tension control.

The winding press wheel system adopts the combination mechanism of discontinuous displacement and air pressure auxiliary control, which can keep the distance between the press wheel and the finished product process minimum, and can also press the finished product to meet the process requirements of cutting and rewinding of various materials.

4. The winding system can be used as a quick exchange between the air expansion shaft and the slip shaft.
